Terms of use

In particular, it should be noted that the NFT AgroFarm Game:

(a) It has no tangible or physical manifestation, and has no intrinsic value (nor does any person make any representations or make any commitments as to its value);

(b) It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (or its equivalent value in any other virtual currency) or any payment obligation by the Company, the Distributor or any of their respective affiliates;

(c) Does not represent or grant the token holder any right in any way with respect to the Company, the Distributor (or any of their respective affiliates), or their revenues or assets, including, without limitation, any right to receive future dividends , income, shares, ownership or interest, share or title, any vote, distribution, redemption, liquidation, ownership (including all forms of intellectual property or license rights), right to receive accounts, financial statements or other financial data , the right to request or participate in shareholders' meetings, the right to appoint a director, or other financial or legal rights or equivalent rights, or intellectual property rights or any other form of participation in or related to the AgroFarm and/or AgroCash ecosystem , the Company, the Distributor and/or their service providers;

(d) It is not intended to represent any rights under a contract for differences or any other contract whose intended object or purpose is to make a profit or to avoid a loss;

(e) It is not intended to be a representation of money (including electronic money), security, commodity, bond, debt instrument, unit in a collective investment scheme or any other type of financial instrument or investment;

(f) It is not a loan to the Company, the Distributor or any of their respective affiliates, is not intended to represent a debt of the Company, the Distributor or any of their respective affiliates, and there is no expectation of profit;

(g) Does not provide the token holder with any ownership or other interest in the Company, the Distributor or any of their respective affiliates. Contributions on the sale of token will be held by the Distributor (or its respective affiliate) after the sale of the token, and the contributors will have no economic or legal right to or beneficial interest in such contributions or the assets of that entity after the sale of the token. As a secondary market or exchange for trading AgroFarm develops, it would be managed and operated completely independently of the Company, the Distributor, the sale of AgroFarm and the AgroCash ecosystem (XAGC). Neither the Company nor the Distributor will create such secondary markets, nor will either entity act as an exchange for AgroFarm.
